UPDATE: 12/15/09. Still a wonderful product almost 18 months after purchase. No leaks, no bunching or "bubbles", fully inflates and stays fully inflated even with two adults sleeping on it for 14 days. I love the remote that allows you to adjust the inflation level after you have gotten into bed. Still a big hit in my guest room.We thought this bed would be great for guests we had coming, but it leaked! The first night, it deflated and wouldn't hold enough air to sleep on it. I contacted the company, but they were less than helpful. I was told if I returned it (instead of replacing it) we would be charged a restocking fee since a bed is a personal item. I countered that it is irrelevant--given that the bed is defective, it shouldn't be restocked! We'll see whether or not the company does the right thing. Also, we paid shipping to us, and we're having to pay shipping back for the return. Overall I'm not impressed with the product or the seller. I'd advise you to think twice before purchasing. It's tall and that's a real plus. But as far as I can figure out, it doesn't deflate with the blower/only inflates. The comfort is not impacted as much by the memory foam as I'd expected. Overall, it works; it's just not as lush or convenient as I'd expected for this price.I am happy with the comfort of the bed. What I don't like is that it is very heavy (38 lbs), very difficult to deflate and fit into the bag provided, cannot be used outdoors for camping (which was never mentioned in the description), and it is not as big as a queen bed, more like a full size. It is a good extra bed, but it takes up room and is heavy for travel.I bought this mattress last August to use for visiting guests. I used it a twice but when I brought it out for a third use, there was a leak or crack around the built-in pump. There was not a hole or a puncture but a clear defect to the product. I called Intex to report the problem but they were less than helpful. In fact, I tried to email them but they have conveniently not enabled the "Submit" button on their website. I would highly recommend going with a different manufacturer and avoid Intex at all costs.
