Buy Baker's Dozen Zippered Pillow Covers Now
I bought these because they were by far the cheapest pack available, so I knew what to expect, yet was still a little disappointed. The threadcount must be atrocious (probably why they don't list one). I have dropcloth that has a tighter weave than these. They're not necessarily bad, but I originally intended to paint some of them. The weave is so loose and material so thin that they don't hold color despite being 50% cotton.
I'm sure they'll be great for pillow protection under higher count pillow shams, but sadly, they're not really what I'm looking for.

Some of the other reviews stated the fabric was good. I would't want it to be any thinner. The fabric is quite thin and will do, but not what I expected after reading the reviews. The fabric is very much heavier than the ones I purchased locally. There is a problem with the metal stops at the end of the zipper. They all loosened up and fell off after washing. The zipper works just fine without them. I have only washed them only once so I don't know how well the zipper will last long term. I am ordering more because I like how heavy the fabric is.
