Holiday Inn Express Simply Smart Medium Firmness Standard Pillow Set (2 Pillows)

These pillows were not nearly as comfy as the ones we've experienced at Holiday Inn Express hotels. The outer covering is very stiff, and they are much more firm than what we expected. I will keep them for extras, but will continue to search for more comfortable pillows. If it weren't for repacking and paying shipping costs, I'd return them. I will purchase pillows in the store from now on.

We stay almost exclusively with Holiday Inn Hotels with our Priority Club points. I have LOVED the pillows on the beds and decided to search for them Found these and was so excited. When I got them, they were flat as pancakes. I can fluff them up, but they NEVER seem to look or feel like the hotels. As we sleep on them they flatten. i fluff and fluff every day but they never stay that way.

i've never used down pillow so I don't know if that's how they work. But they hardly seem like medium firmness to me.

Not happy with the $80 I sepnt.

These pillows are great. I would recommend them to anyone. They are like the "soft" pillows at Holiday Inn Express.
