This pillow is more firm than I expected, but the real problem is the smell it has a very strong smell like chlorine. However, the smell does eventually clear up after a month or two.

I bought two of these. What a disappointment. They are like a solid lump--impossible to use as a pillow: hard, lumpy, and too thick. Very uncomfortable.
