This is the only orthopedic pillow that I have found that helps ease the pain and stiffness caused by the two herniated discs in my neck. Provides four options for head and neck support (wide end with flat surface, wide end with concave center, thin end with flat surface, and thin end with concave center). It is easy to determine which position best supports your unique head and neck issues, simply by trying each option and feeling what works best for you. Just the right size for home or travel use. It's very durable too with every day use. I swear by this pillow, and greatly recommend it. Wonderful, wonderful pillow.
