I was a little nervous ordering a whole mattress off Amazon and having it shipped to me. I did not know what to expect!

Let me tell you when it arrived I was stunned, then I was even more nervous, then I was pleasantly surprised. The box it comes in does not appear as if it will hold a crib mattress, let alone one for a full size bed.

However it is vacuum packed and rolled. And the instructions for releasing it couldn't be clearer. Put it on the bed first, cut the packaging, watch it unroll.

After that I was nervous that the quality of the mattress would be less than stellar. Couldn't have been more wrong! We've all slept on this mattress at one time or another. Guests have slept on it as well. No complaints this is a firm, but comfortable mattress!

We're very happy with this purchase and the free shipping didn't hurt either!

If you like a firm mattress with a lot of support get this. It has the same feel of a firm memory foam mattress but without the hotness. And the fact that it comes in a box small enough to fit in the trunk of car makes it even better.

I had wanted to send a mattress to WA state for my daughter in college. I had gotten her an air mattress, but that product didn't last long at all.

Thought that I could just order one from 1-800-MATTRES, but found that they don't deliver to Olympia. This company offered a full sized mattress at a reasonable price, with FREE

Shipping. Who could beat that? Plus, my daughter lives on the 4th floor of an apartment building, and they delivered it there, in a fairly short amount of time.

She says it's really comfortable, so I'll have to take her word for that, so overall, a great first experience with this company. Didn't have to deal with customer service, so I don't know how they are, but I would definitely use them again.

I ordered this mattress because money was tight and I desperately needed a mattress to sleep on. I have to admit... I didn't expect much, maybe something as comfortable and as reliable as an air mattress. Boy was I surprised! It was a little... scary... when I cut the packaging off it and it unrolled itself, much like those automatic inflating boats you see on comedy shows, and when I adjusted the mattress to where I wanted it, it was quite floppy, like a futon mattress, but then I set it up and lay down on it to see how it feelsit is so comfortable! It almost feels like a posturepedic mattress! The next time I need a mattress, I know where to go to get one!
