St. Cloud White Down Pillow

I am so disappointed in this product! Nowhere in the description does it state that these pillows are 95% feathers and only 5% down. While they arrived quickly, and appear to be well made, they are not what the product description said, which is that they are down!. And the reviews also said nothing about not being all down, I am hoping the company will take them back, if not they will go to Goodwill. This is my first bad product from Amazon. I hope I can get my money back.

The reviews concerned me because the description said the pillow was down yet some people indicated that they received mostly feather pillows. But none of the reviews was very current, they were 3-4 years old. I couldn't imagine Amazon allowing a company to offer a product for so long that was misleading in it's description. I asked the question, Is this pillow 100% down? 3 answers... One person said no, please read the feedback. Another person said the label said 100 % down and compressed like down. The 3rd person said it was 5% down and the rest feathers. I firmly believe some received feather pillows back when. I decided to risk it and ordered a pillow because returns are so easy at Amazon. I received my pillow and it is MOSTLY down! The label says white down, minimum 75%. It definitely does! I am very pleased with my soft fluffy pillow encased in the bonus zippered cotton pillow case. The price was excellent, I love it!

I first got this pillow elsewhere and was not thrilled because it wasn't very substantial. After some time, I found that it is the perfect pillow for neck and jaw pain, and gave it to my daughter for the same problems. I then went in search of this pillow and was so relieved that I got the exact pillow I wanted, and I am now sleeping so much better. Delivery was quick and efficient. Thanks.
