DENY Designs Madart Lost In The forest Throw Pillow

I ordered two DENY Design Madart Lost In The forest Throw Pillows 18"x18". I received two separate orders, one from FedEx and another from UPS. Okay, there's nothing odd about that. When I opened the orders I noticed that the pillow from UPS was made of a silky smooth fabric; however the pillow I receive via FedEx was made of a rough potato sack fabric. It was impossible to explain my duel fabric dilemma to customer service, so I returned both pillows.
