Excellent product; doesn't seem logical that this would work; I bought it for my wife, but I also use it. I guess this falls under: Don't knock it until you've tried it.

The pillow is pretty but mine didn't have disks all the way to the end of the pillow. I use many acupressure products and the shape works, but the disks could have been smaller for a increased pressure. This pillow is ideal for beginners and those who do not have a moderate to high tolerance for the pressure of the disks.saw this advertised on Dr OZ show. first off it's good for a bady as it's that small. second, there is no way anyone can use it for more than a few minutes. very uncomfortable, not relaxing or soothing. just think of puting the back of your head and neck on a bed of nail. if you think that'll help your neck and shoulder pain, then go for it and order it. total useless.
