If you are looking for a firm little pillow, I would recommend this one. I have a few similar pillows, but this one is definitely the most firm. It offers good support and is comfortable.

Update: Since I first wrote this review, I have purchased another one of these pillows for my husband. He threw his back out and tried using my pillow. He found it to be very comfortable and a help with his back.

This product's description is inaccurate. It is actually 18 x 7.75 x 4 inches, not 20 x 8 x 4.2 as stated. That missing 2 inches in length could make a difference under one's knees. It certainly will not meet my needs.

I have the HoMedics 4 position pillow (half-bolster shape) it looks just like this one, but it measures 14 x 7.5 x 4. I absolutely love it. My husband even likes it and he usually doesn't like all the weird little pillows and wedges I collect in my quest for comfort. This pillow is not too small, not too soft, not too hard, not too short, not too wide, not too tall. It's well made, it looks good, the velour is soft, the zipper works fine. I use it in all positions (under neck, under knees, under lumbar region, between knees on side), plus under my waist on my side and under my head on my side. A great purchase; could not be happier. I also really like the OPTP # 702 The Original Mckenzie Lumbar Roll Firm Density (both regular and firm densities) and I'm ordering the Carex Semi Roll Pillow so I have this style pillow in a dark blue that looks upholstered. I've had other ObusForme support products that I liked too.
