Sarah Peyton Convection Cooled 8-inch Firm Support Memory Foam Mattress

Was very pleased with this mattress. Bought to help me with my

neck and back issues. AFter about a week of use I'd say it was

worth the price. The item comes delivered like a large punching

bag and you do need to let it expand over 24-48 hours to return to shape.

If possible, let it air out outside during this time, as it does

give off a distinct latex type odor to it... but this gradually diminishes

after a few days and what lingers will eventually disappear after a month

or so I would think. After about a week I dont really notice it

close up any more. Other than that, its firm and comfortable.

The mattress is comfortable enough for an adult, but there are ridges in the top layer of the foam that my toddler can feel (they are pictured in the diagram, but I didn't expect them to be so noticeable -they bother him). I ended up buying an additional topper just to make him comfortable, and I ended up spending what I would have spent for a "higher quality" mattress. If I could do it over, I would probably look for a different mattress.

Nice mattress for an adult, especially for the price, but it isn't really 25lb toddler friendly without something to cushion the top.

Ive slept on one of these memory foam beds for 4yrs.

This 8in. foam from amazon is a good bed but a little on the hard side.

I have slept on this 8" foam bed for 1&1/2 year's now and it has to be replace.

I would not recomend this mattress becouse I feel it sould have lasted a lot longer.

I love this mattress, very firm and comfortable. I do recommend placing on a flat surface, such as a platform frame. Your old boxspring will not work, not enough support...

We bought this mattress for my 3 year old daughter about two weeks ago. She loves it. We transitioned her from her toddler bed, and she couldn't be happier. It's very comfortable. My husband and I have both slept on it for a few hours the first couple of nights and it really is nice. My daughter hasn't minded the ridges in the foam... she's always slept with an egg shell foam topper since she was a baby, so this feels very similar. I just don't know how well the "cooling" works... I got hot after a couple hours of sleeping on it and had to go in my bed.
