the design of this pillow is perfect; however, upon receiving it, it had an opening that allowed the beads to fall out. We had to

seal it with glue and thread. The inspector of this product should have done a better job. The Manufacturer should compensate customers for flaws like this. We do enjoy it now that we have repaired it.
