Comfy Basics Neck Pillow

This is not your regular pillow. This pillow is very soft. It has only a little support behind the neck, with most support on the side of my head and under my chin. It's really similar to the Comfy Commuter pillow the the bag.

I ordered this for my wife for Christmas because it was listed as a neck pillow but there is almost no neck support whatsoever! In the pictures it looks like it cradles the head nicely but in reality there is only a tiny bit of padding where the neck is supposed to rest. The sides are big and support the head from rolling but that's really it. This product is absolutely useless as a neck pillow but it might work as a c-collar if you ever get into a car accident.
