For the last few months I've been having pretty bad headaches in the back of my head/towards the top of my skull and nothing gave me any relief. The closest I have come to relief was using a Still Point Inducer Orignal Solid Red Foam Each but it wasn't long lasting.

I was surprised when the box arrived and there were two neck rolls inside. I didn't know if "pair" meant two pillows or not, but "pillow pairs" does indeed mean that you will receive two pillows.

These pills are perfectthey are a little bit narrower than a roll of paper towels, and a little longer. While the lack of pillowcase is a bummer, I just stuck it into a regular pillowcase and wrapped it around. The firmness is PERFECTit fits comfortable under my neck and provides comfortable, firm support without making me feel like I am pushing my head against a log.

I am so happythese headaches have been bothering me for so long, it's such a relief that something as simple as a little pillow could provide relief.

A comfortable neck roll. Simple, comfortable. Just wish they offered neck roll covers to keep it clean. I use a regular pillowcase, and that works well. The neck roll fits perfectly in the bottom of the pillowcase, and then I just roll up the rest of the case. I can wash the pillowcase when I do the sheets.

So this item was so inexpensive that I was worried about what I would get. I was looking for a pillow small enough to travel with and this one fit the bill. I originally ordered two and loved them so much, I am ordering two more. They are "soft" pillows (which I prefer...the hard ones hurt my back). They are not quite long enough to use between your knees when you sleep but they are perfect for using in a chair (I took one to work); airplane, car etc.

I also place one under my back when I am reading in bed because they are soft they compress enough to support the curve without hurting anything. I gave one to my sister because she liked it so well when she used it.

I do not use it as a neck roll, although I have used it as a pillow when traveling.

The reason I bought these neckrolls is every so often I have a problem with my neck due to scoliosis, by putting a neckroll into the cavity between my face and my shoulder when I sleep caused the pain to go away and so far it hasn't returned.
