This sofabed really does look nice in person. But it does not show up looking like this. It comes in one large flat heavy box, and it's easy to miss the zipper compartments in the underside of the frame which contain (1) the two, very small pillows and (2) the FIVE metal legs and screws. BUT there are NO instructions on where to put anything, esp. that fifth leg! AND there are no Ikea-style pre-drilled holes for the screws, nor any markings about where they go. AMAZON really should inform customers that there is a significant amount of assembly work needed for this piece. Once it's together, it looks great, the click-clack system for adjusting the back to sleeper position (and the end to chaise position) work OK but don't feel all that sturdy. Have not slept on it, but it sits OK, if a little low to the ground. I would recommend it only as a second sofa or second bed, not as a primary place to sit or sleep. JLL.
