Bought this item "NEW" condition but received "OVERUSED, STINKY" items and before I know it I got bitten by BEDBUGS the very next morning which is SUPPER ODD for a home that don't even have a single insect or dirt. Word cannot describe how frustrate and angry I am at this seller, their product and their business ethic. I will definitely report them to amazon.

Side note: I am pretty sure they bought their product from hotel's used items and resell those here online. That's why there were bedbugs and stinky odor that came out of it. eww...eww...ewww!!!!!!!

My husband and I stayed at Double Tree Suites when we got married and slept like babies everytime we went back. I am typically not a sound sleeper...so I had to find out what pillows they used. These are it. We have had them for over a year and they are still holding up well. Get them! They are worth the extra money.
