These sheets fit my over-sized bed without any problems. I've had them for a few months now and they haven't torn or ripped and go through the wash without any problems. I also have the navy blue set. They are perfect for summer because they aren't heavy like some other high count sheets.
This is a great deal. I needed to purchase a new fitted sheet, mine was old and worn out. I started pricing sheets. I was finding king size fitted sheets for $70 and up just for the sheet. Then I came across the Royal Hotel bed packages and the sheets were 1200 thread count for the SET! I couldn't pass it up. I ordered the sheet set. When they came in, I washed them one time and put them on my bed. I have been sleeping on them for 4 days now and I am having trouble waking up in the morning :) they are sooooo comfortable. They are a great quality, the exact color as in the picture and very soft. I am very pleased with this purchase.

I have always been curious to see if the quality of these sheets was the same as some I have come across in hotels. The weight of the fabric is nice but not as soft as I expected. The color is very good and has not faded with washings. The deep pockets are not so deep. I really have to pull to stretch from one side to another, and by the next morning the pockets are loose. The flat sheet is narrow. My husband and I play tug-a-war all night. Add our dogs taking their share and I end up covering one leg and one arm. The length of the flat sheet and the fitted sheet is very good. I will not purchase another set.
