It is a wonderful piece of kit, and we had no problems with it at all. Nice to use a product that behaves as advertised! For those who are having trouble keeping air in this bed, please try the following inflation procedure: Remove the deflation valve cover. Find the flap that seals the opening. It is a thick black rubber seal, but it is probably INSIDE the mattress. If you pull on the red flap handle, which should be visible, you should be able to pull the flap closed. Now, HOLD the flap closed (fitting flush against the BACK side of the deflation hole) as you inflate the mattress. Once the mattress is sufficiently inflated, the pressure will keep the flap closed, but not until the air pressure has built up. (I think this is where people are having trouble. Without this flap sealing the deflation hole, the mattress will slowly lose pressure). Once the flap is sealing the deflation hole, replace the valve cover tightly and finish inflating the bed. Once I figured this out, the bed stayed fully inflated for several days, and only lost minimal pressure after that.
I have mixed feelings about the inflated headboard, and how my sheets fit poorly, but the bed itself is very comfortable and I'm overall very happy with the purchase.Bought this bed to be used in a tent while camping. We have a motor home and our guests used this bed. They raved about it's comfort. It has spoiled them for future camping without this product. This truly was better than expected we purchased this to have and just happened to have a friend (who was very pregnant at the time) stay for 3 nights the day after we got it. Her quote was "it's the best sleep I've had in 6 months". The only comment she made was it got a little cold from the air in the mattress itself we solved that by putting a blanket down under the sheets and it was great.
