Black Leather Manager Office Chair with Deep Soft Body Pillows

As a person who works from home, my office chair is very important to me. I'm definitely willing to pay more for a chair that won't leave me with back pain at the end of a 10 hour day. That being said, I really like sitting in this chair. I did NOT like putting it together. I'm not the most handy person, and it wasn't very easy to put together. I'm definitely happy with the finished product, I have a bad back, and I can sit comfortably in this all day long. Definitely worth the price!!!

Stay away from this company's products.

I bought one of their Manager's Chairs a few years ago and the gas lift went out. They sent me a replacement, and I couldn't say enough good things about them for standing behind their products.

Then, the arm broke... The "metal" just fractured. I tried to simply ignore that, but then the second gas lift went out. They wouldn't stand by it any more. Told me there was nothing they could do and the chair was no longer manufactured and replacement parts were unavailable. The seller stepped up where they didn't and refunded my money.

I figured anyone can get a lemon and rolled the dice on another one the merchant had in stock.

Now, literally a week past the expiration of the one year warranty, the gas lift has gone out again, and they refuse to do anything about it. Instead of making good for their shoddy manufacturing, they have apparently decided to turn their defective products and cheap materials into a parallel revenue stream by selling replacement parts... and want me to pay $10 plus shipping to buy a new gas lift.

Instead, I'm going to chuck this piece of garbage out with the trash where it belongs and paste this review on every one of their products on every online merchant's site I can find.

I will also inform the seller and every other merchant I can find who sell this garbage that these products are crap and that if they actually care about the quality and reliability of the products they sell to their customers, they will remove them from their inventory.
