Boppy Pillow with Luxe Slipcover

My DH and I attended several classes in preparation for our DS's arrival. One of the classes was for breastfeeding. The instructor (not someone I would recommend) made a point to warn everyone that the boppy pillow was in no way, shape, or form a useful item and that a conventional pillow would more than suffice. Considering the price ($40+) I said okay and left it at that. Well, I'd left the boppy pillow on my wish list (somehow organizing that was not a top priority with the arrival of our DS). My dad purchased it for me for Christmas and let me know it was coming. Well, it arrived tonight at 8:30pm CT. At 9pm CT I was using it to nurse. At 9:00:01 I had fallen in love with it. It's incredibly soft, the monkey is adorable, the colors are more vibrant than in the picture, it fit around me rather well (I'm a plus size lady) and my son was happily sucking away. I've used it since a couple more times, as has my husband. We both adore it and have tried several different positions with it. All of them have been comfy and led to a stuffed and happy baby. I would definitely recommend this pillow to any mother, nursing or bottle feeding. Completely worth the money. My only regret is that I didn't buy it sooner!

I received this as a baby shower gift and LOVE it. It is durable and cute. The fabric is soft and has some cool textures on the monkey. I like how well-stuffed it is, putting baby that much closer to me when I am nursing. The height of it also makes it comfortable for him to sit in while he plays or just watches whats going on around him. My only complaint is that it often slips away from me while he nursing, so I have to keep my legs propped up in order to keep it around me and not have him slip through the hole. Overall, I love it!

I specifically chose this Boppy for the soft cover for both me and my preemie son!! The Boppy itself is a fabulous concept, and the cover makes it so my baby and I both love to touch it! Plus the little monkey is 3-D, which allows my lil man to play with those parts that aren't attached fully to the cover. The cover washes easily! The con? My pug loves The Boppy just as much, trying to curl up in it when we aren't looking.

Simply said...must have basic. Meets all the requirements. Comfortable for feeding, tummy time, lay back and relax time for baby. Soft cuddly, they get the human feel. I bought this after I bought the mother's best friend pillow and it just did not do the trick. Amazon please change picture, pillow does not come with the little lamb blanket.

This was the best investment for my baby and me. I have used it now for over a year on a daily basis. I actually brought it to the hospital to use when my son was first born and the staff members there loved it and complimented it when they would come in the room. It is wonderful for nursing and bottle feedings, it holds and correctly positions baby, it's great for tummy time, and to help support sitting baby in upright positions. The quality is wonderful, so soft and cuddly and holds up to lots of washing and drying without fading.
