CPAPmax Pillow Replacement Cover

I'm very pleased with the CPAPmax replacement cover. It is sturdy and washes nicely. I also like the attached tether because it keeps the hoses in place. I use a nasal pillow style mask, which has a hose of its own and attach the pillow cover tether to the nasal pillow hose, rather than to the main hose. Initially, before I purchased a CPAPmax pillow case, I slept directly on the pillow cover which came with the CPAPmax pillow. I found the cover to be comfortable and warm. The only downside of sleeping directly on the cover is that it has a tendency to pill in various spots. But even with the pilling, the cover remained in excellent condition overall. I would suggest using a pillowcase, whether the CPAPmax pillow case or one you make yourself, to prevent pilling and to protect/keep the cover clean longer.
