I bought mine at the Dulles airport in DC. I could tell by the design that it would be much better than any of the other travel pillows that I had tried. Since I had several hours to wait for my flight I tried it out immediately. After a short nap, I was sold! It does all it purports to do and more. In addition to keeping your head and neck aligned while you sleep it also keeps your mouth shut because it supports your lower jaw. It also helps me keep from snoring as I nap. I am sure that I am a much better seat mate than I once was thanks to the Kiro Pillow. I even use it at home when napping in my recliner. Restful, uninterrupted sleep at last.
The pillow came soon but I am disappointed with the product. The contour pillow is very soft so it did not support my neck very well. The fabric around the neck after some time made me feel very suffocating and hot. My back part of the neck did not feel supported. I am returning the product. I give kudos to the creators for thinking out of the box but I think the product needs more re-work.

I purchased this item, & after a few weeks of using it, I gave it away. It is totally useless & very uncomfortable. In the "ad" it shows people using it & it's supporting their heads, but in "real life" the foam is too soft to support anything. I'm sorry I wasted my money on this item.

I bought this as a last resort before a transatlantic flight and actually really, really like it! I've used inflatable neck pillows (the u-shaped ones)and my head slips and the hole is too big for my neck, but this is adjustable and lets you rest your head in all directions. It definitely made a difference in my airplane sleep!
I searched around and found this video on the Sky Steward website describing its awesomeness:

Would be no different if you put a scarf around your neck and went to sleep. This pillow provides no support for your head while sleeping upright.
