I really like this new pillow that I purchased throught Amazon.com. I only give it four out of five stars due to the smell. The smell of the pillow was very strong and it took me a couple of days before I could keep it on the bed for more than a few minutes. Now the smell has vanished, and I enjoy a really good nights sleep using this pillow. I am in the process of purchasing another one now that I know the manufacturing smell will decrease after a few days once it is out of the packing and shipping boxes.

I've kept my old fashion pillow for my snuggy but the new formed pillow supports my neck and head in such a way that I no longer have headaches

This is a very well made contour pillow! No oder, nor indentions. It pops right back into place as good memory foam should.

That being said it is way to firm for my liking. The foam is hard enough that my head doesn't really sink into it all at. Most of the time

I use the small side and it works out ok. For the price I was not going to return it. It was an obviously well made pillow. In time it may conform

to my head better if not I will continue to use the small side. If you are looking for a firm to very firm contour memory foam pillow I highly

recommend this product. If like myself you need a soft to medium soft pillow this is not the one !
