I almost never review things, whether I like them or not, but I had to make a point of preventing others from making the same mistake I did in buying these pillows. Let me just note that I bought a pair of these pillows at Costco at a great deal compared to what I'm seeing listed online. It seemed too good to be true, and of course...

Frankly, I don't even remember if I liked the pillows from the beginning, but it must have been unremarkable enough that I kept them. It's been less than a year I have owned them and they're unusable to me. I don't know what happens to the filler material, but it's become incredibly lumpy and inconsistent. I was using one pillow to sleep on (usually side sleeping) and the other to either hug or otherwise accommodate, and I've also noticed after a few months that one has become flatter than the other. This tells me the filler simply doesn't hold up to continued use under pressure.

The material of the pillow shell itself seems fine, arguably luxurious depending on your standards. But the pillows were just not worth it. I went to a local bedding superstore and got a natural latex foam pillow after I finally had enough of this Charisma, and it is more comfortable and feels like it will remain the same shape and consistency for a long time. At least, according to reviews.

Already had a couple of these and my kids were stealing them off my bed. Decided to buy some for their beds. I could not remember where I found them. Just ran across them at Costco a few months ago and they are considerably less expensive at Costco.

After finding these during a stay at a vacation rental, my family just had to have some. They fluff up very easily and don't seem to ever bottom out. Very comfy!
