Comfy pillow with a removable washable cover. Once you remove the cover you will find a pillow made of polyfiber balls covered with porous paper! The paper stretches and tears easily with any pressure. Poor design and material.

The pillow fell apart about 6 months after purchase. I contacted the seller for any assistance but received no response. There is no warranty.

I tested many of the back/neck support options costing hundreds of dollars. Finding none any of them very comfortable I opted to give this pillow a try. I am blown away by its comfort and support! Fits nicely into the corners of my sofa as well as providing outstanding support against my headboard. The neck pillow is wonderful. Very attractive. I'm purchasing a second one. Highly recommend it.

Great product! I've had neck and back issues for a long time, but I love reading in bed. I could never do it comfortably or for long periods of time. Now I can read comfortably for as long as I want! The illustration leads one to believe this pillow has firm, defined contours which would provide solid, comfortable support for relaxing in an upright position in bed. In fact it is a very cheap almost transparent bag of loose fiber particles that more aptly resembles a squishy bean bag. Save yourself time and money and look for another product to assist you in watching TV in bed.

This pillow is not at all what I expected! It is nothing better than a mere pillow. I never even use it because using two standard pillows against the headboard work better. It has no support, the neck rest is totally useless. The whole pillow deflated with almost no use. I am not one to give bad reviews but this product does not do what it claims!
