the problem was door mount did not fit on my door. my door is 1' 3/4'' thick, but the hook only goes up to 1' 1/2''. when i try to return it, the shipping cost me almost the price of the hook. because of the weight. over all it is a nice hook

I got this to use in my bathroom, for some reason the builder decided i only needed one towel rack in the master bath so I needed somewhere to hang up all my stuff and wasn't thrilled with the idea of drilling holes in the walls. This rack is pretty sturdy and looks very nice. Has upper and lower hooks so it holds everything.
