Ultima 2000 Cervical Pillow - MD

This is a replacement for pillow given by my chiropractor decades ago. His words at the time were that I would never be without one. This is an upgraded newer version of the Anabolic Labs pillow from the mid 1990's.

I have had neck issues for years, and after purchasing dozens of "neck relief" pillows over as many years, I have found three that actually help. And this pillow is my current favorite. My chiropractor recommended it. It's perfect for people who like to sleep on their backs, but it also can be used for side sleepers.

With this pillow, you need to experiment a little with different head positions to get just the right comfort level. Your head should ever-so slightly tilt onto/into the "donut hole" (the middle of the pillow).

I love to sleep on my back, but previously have not been able to get comfortable enough to do so. The very first night I slept on this pillow, I slept through the night on my back ... and woke up the next morning with less neck pain that I've had in years. I've had my pillow for about 3 weeks, and most nights I sleep on my back with the same wonderful results. Occasionally I wake up on my side, but my neck still feels good.

I cannot say enough good things about this pillow! There are also two other pillows that are excellent for neck-pain suffers: ChiroFlow travel-size water pillow (inexpensive) and Dr. Scholl's Anatomic Technogel pillow (pricey).

A hint for neck-pain suffers regarding pillows: have two or three of your favorite pillows on your bed; when you can't get comfy on one of them, switch to another one. It works!
