I don't know what the thread count is in this pillow case but I would guesscardboard. It softened up a little after one washing hopefully it will soften more after another wash but as it is now my son won't like the feel of this.

These things came out of nowhere when I was looking for regular pillowcases. I suspect it was because I sometimes buy animated movies to appreciate the graphics. They are great dress pieces, although a bit overwhelming at first. If your bedroom has a boring old suburbia look they really liven things up. Quality looks very good, although I can say nothing about durability. I couldn't find a comparable price anywhere, and ordered two more.Save 67% Off
