Back Buddy Knee Pillow - Better Alignment of Your Knees, Hips, & Lower Back

I sent it back, it was way too small for what I need. I tried it for 2 nights and I couldn't move around and it is basically for someone that only sleeps on their side.

Some reviews downgraded the pillow because it smells...it doesn't.

because it compresses too much...it doesn't.

or

because it disintegrates...it doesn't.

or

because the pillowcase rips easily...it doesn't although it looks like it should.

What is true is that the pillowcase barely covers the pillow. But, it's easy enough to slip the pillow into a twin pillowcase.

It works well for me because the I-beam shape stabilizes it and it stays in position while I am sleeping. Most other knee pillows end up on the floor.
