I've now used this pillow along with the Foamex Mattress Topper for about 4 months and they are perfect. Your head and neck slowly sink into the pillow but it provides the right amount of support. After 4 months, the pillow has not become deformed or lost any of it's structure. This is a perfect pillow and I highly recommend it.
I wish that these companies would not misrepresent themselves and say that their product is made out of memory foam when it is not. I know what memory foam is. I sleep on a REAL memory foam mattress pad every night. This pillow is just a standard fluffy pillow that does not mold to your head. It is little more than a 5 dollar Walmart pillow. Also, it is not standard size. I tried to put a standard size pillow case on it and it didn't fit. If you buy it, use a queen-size pillowcase.
