I bought this to replace a Mckenzie Neck Roll, as this one was much cheaper at the time. I had the Mckenzie neck roll for a few years and it was getting flat so thought I would try this one. My experience has been that this neck roll is cheaply made and doesnt hold its shape well at all. Within one night of sleeping with this neck pillow it was already pretty flat and wasnt gaining its shape back. For a few extra dollars I'd go with the Mckenzie, much better quality product.

This pillow is exactly what my wife needed. BUT the picture shows THREE different sized pillows, which is what we thought we would receive. It's the same picture that comes on the ONE pillow you actually receive. My wife wanted to have the different sizes to find the one that would work best. We got lucky with the size we got.

Updated Review: Though this item offers good support for back sleepers, I often turn to my side when sleeping and this product offers no support for side sleeping. I would end up folding it under my head just to get by, but it wasn't comfortable. I would wake up with neck pain. I ultimately purchased Tri-Core Orthopedic pillows and have been sleeping well for over a month now.

Original Review: Shipping took a while, but it arrived just as pictured. I have worked up to using it for several hours each night, not yet spent a whole night with it, but I do find that my neck feels better and better as I use this. Caution: Don't push yourself too fast and do an all nighter with this roll, it will put your neck into some pain. Use it a little at a time and allow your neck to adjust slowly. You will have a much more comfortable transition this way.

One complaint, the foam does flatten somewhat quickly. I have had mine less than two weeks and it already has some (minor) visible flattening. Still, good product. My hubby bought a more expensive one elsewhere. Don't waste your money, this one is identical to the more expensive ones.

The smallest roll is still too big to go under my husband's neck at night. The times he tried it, he ended up with back aches even worse than before. Bummer.
