I find this at truck stops all the time particularly Pilot ones. It is a great pillow. Memory foam with a wire core that holds its shape b/c of the central wire. Simple, cheap, but great for me. I have tried the Brookstone ones, the bead ones and not been happy. Others are too soft w/o support. This one is just right.

I wanted a neck pillow to be very supportive after a thyroid surgery. This product was what I was looking for. It has an off-gassing smell to it that should sit out for a week, other than that it is great.

This neck pillow is a little smaller than the average travel pillow, which is good. It's covered in a nice suede. It's firmer than others I've used, though. If you're looking for a very squishy pillow, this is not the one to use. If you like a firmer support, this is good and it's comfortable.

This is not made of real memory foam. But some sort of strong foam. It's not a bad pillow and feels comfortable enough, but it's not the real deal.

Nice quality but it's too small for an adult unless you're a midget. I gave mine away to my niece's daughter who is 12. It fits too snug around the neck and is useless to me.
