It is a great product but I still think if your short it is not for you my head did not reach the headrest therefore I had problems keeping in place however if your over 5 feet there would be no problem with it very soft and you feel very secure nestled into it!However until they come up with one made to fit a petite woman I had to return,sorry to say I was just to small for it.
