The sides are a bit short if I move it falls off. . However, it gives great support especially when I'm sitting in bed doing homework .

It is soft and cozy, but the "stuffing" from the inside comes out through the fabric and I am always pulling it out because it pokes and feels like there are hairs on it. Other then that, it works for what its meant to do.

I got the neck pillow for long car trips and flights. I have always had neck problems due to poor posture. I thought the neck pillow would help me on long car trips and flights to support my neck. I often fall asleep with my neck and head in some odd position and wake up with neck pains & headaches. The problem I had with this type of neck pillow is that my neck is right at the level of the head-rest and back-rest of the car seat or airline seat. So my the neck pillow kicks out my neck-head-upper shoulders in an awkward position, and it makes the neck pillow support useless because it puts me in an uncomfortable position. I am 5'6". If you are taller or shorter, it might work perfectly. My torso seems to be the exact length where the neck pillow places my head and neck in an uncomfortable position.
