When I received my pillow cover, I was happy with the attractiveness and quality of the actual hide, but when I went to put my pillow inside and zip it up, I discovered the zipper was stripped/broken. I'm unable to zip up the back, so am disappointed in that. Otherwise, a nice pillow cover.**Update** Since receiving my defective pillow, I contacted the company and they gladly replaced it free of charge. I have received my new pillow and it's perfect. Would recommend.
