Hon High-Back Executive Chair, 26-1/4 by 29-3/4 by 46-1/2-Inch, Blue

I was excited when I first purchased this chair; it is very comfortable. However, after only 16 months the cylinder mechanism completely broke on it without warning. Hon sent me replacement parts, however, they did not fit the chair correctly because the model had been revamped since I purchased it (a fact I only discovered after researching it online!). Since they included no instructions with the replacement parts I had a hard time trying to figure out what needed to be taken apart. The bolts were attached so tightly that even my fiance who is built like a brick house struggled to get them off.

Now after 11 days of having no office chair and wasting time with parts that don't even fit my chair Hon admitted they sent the wrong parts. Hon assured me they will be sending me the correct parts this time I just have to wait another 5-7 days! Frankly for a chair that cost me nearly $300 I would have expected better! I have owned Hon furniture in the past and have always been pleased, however, after this experience I will think twice before ever ordering another of their products.
