My wife likes the low plush and I like the high plush... Both of us have been sleeping like babies. They keep their form so if you do not like a really high pillow get the low plush. The pillow arrived right on time, only had trouble as the post office required a signature and I was not at home :P. Also, the pillow requires "breathing time", for 1-2 days, because of how it is packaged. But once all the waiting was over, I love this pillow! It is extremely soft and molds right to my head and neck, and I have actually been sleeping better! Amazing the difference a good pillow can make :).
