First, let's start with the throw pillow itself:

It seems nice and firm. It could last well over time. Of course, it would take some use to determine that and I'm returning mine. The fabric seems easily cleaned as well. A MAJOR plus is the fact that the cover comes off for cleaning or adding a new cover. Nice.

I am returning mine because the color on the screen did not match the product that I received. I actually do NOT fault the seller for this as color variations can show differently online than the item does when received. So that is not an issue to me.

I am currently awaiting a full refund, minus the original shipping costs. But acording to a flier in my package, i was expected to pay a restocking fee plus return postage (in addition to the original shipping costs I already paid). That would have added up to nearly $15 in unforeseen costs for 2 pillows!

Since this info was not provided online and came as a shock to me, the seller agreed that a restocking fee plus return postage (on top of the nearly $10 original postage I paid) was excessive. And again, the return policy was not at the time of this reviewlisted in the product description or info.

I am noting this information only if unexpected return costs are a factor to you when buying an item. Again, the seller has offered to cover ALL costs not clearly described in the product listing and that is very agreeable to me.

If return costs aren't covered as agreed, I will provide an update as ...no matter how lovely the item...unforeseen additional costs of $15 would have kept me from purchasing the pillows.

Again, this has nothing to do with the quality of the pillows themselves. If you think unforeseen shipping costs are irrelevant, please leave a comment. As a customer, however, I would have appreciated knowing about it.
