I love this pillow. I like to sleep on my sides and this product actually does what it states, allows my CPAP mask to rest in the open area of the pillow. It is the perfect height for me. I have Fibromyalgia and am recovering from disk surgery in my neck and it supports my neck & shoulders so I wake up in less pain. It is a pretty tall pillow, so be aware of that.
