This knee pillow is the perfect size. It's very comfortable and supports the weight of my leg excellently. It also has a strap that comfortably wraps around the leg so you don't lose the pillow when turning or moving. The strap is just the right length, not too long and not too short. This pillow gives no support. The foam goes practically flat when it's between your knees and then bounces back when it's taken out.

I've never had a knee pillow before, but often sleep on my side, and absolutely hate the feeling of knee-on-knee. I've always just used a spare regular pillow, or the covers/sheets.

I found this thing and bought it because of the strap. It seemed weird to me to have it "attached" to my leg at night, but through the years of using a regular pillow, it would always fall out, end up on the side of the bed, etc.

This thing works perfect. It's comfortable, it's just the right size, and the strap is comfortable and keeps it in place well. Better yet, the strap is just attached with velcro so can be replaced if needed, or another can be attached if for some reason you want to. It's strong velcro too, doesn't fall off.

I've now been sleeping with it for about 2 weeks, and just love it. The only problem I have is where do I put it during the day? Pretty small issue though, and although I haven't noticed myself actually sleeping better or being abnormally well rested, I'm definitely more comfortable. I wouldn't be surprised if this did help out if you experience back or knee pain after sleeping.

Perfect size, but the strap is a problem. It's too long if you have normal size legs. I had to pin it, plus, the velcro rubs on your skin if you're not wearing bottoms.
