This is a decent throw but I think it falls short of qualifying as a blanket in my opinion. It seems about half the thickness of a common fleece throw, but the colors are good and it is fairly well made. I doubt it would take much rough handling. Overall I am happy with it because I bought it primarily as a decoration.
