This pillow is amazing. I have had shoulder and neck pain for 20+ years. I have always said that sleeping was my worst enemy. I have bought many pillows and spent a lot of money over the years and none of them really helped, maybe short term but eventually I would be right back to the same problem. Most of the pillows on the market have neck support that is too thick for my needs. This one is the first one with a neck roll that is perfect for me.

Update: After a month of sleeping on this pillow it is causing problems. The upper chambers have too much stuffing for my needs, it pushes your head forward and that puts a strain on your neck muscles. I'm using it off and on, may remove some of the stuffing.

It's a nice pillow overall. The problem I have is the roll section is too big and too firm for my needs.
