This was our second order of these type of pillows. Our initial order was the standard size and we quickly decided to also get the king size pillows. I ordered them because my husband and I always love that feeling you get when you sleep in upscale hotel bedding. Add these pillows to a comfy comforter and luxurious high thread count sheets and you're on vacation in your own home! Enjoy!!

I originally purchased Pacific Coast pillows after a visit to a Marriott about ten years ago. I literally pulled the pillow case off the pillow to find the tag (of course, I put the pillow case back on) I LOVED these pillows and purchased for myself and three friends. Well, I decided it was time to buy new pillows, so I saw the Pacific Coast pillows "featured in many Marriott Hotels". I was so disappointed with the pillows. My ten year old Pacific Coast pillows have more puff and cush than these pillows. I am guessing Pacific Coast changed the down/feather mix or something. I easily returned the pillows. So, I am still in search of something like my old Pacific Coast pillows.

I had high expectations for this pillow but am not really satisfied. The mini pillow inside actually annoys me, you can feel it and its not soft. I would have rather spent alittle more money for something better than this. It went pretty flat after a week. I would not buy it again.

Over all a very nice pillow. I am very happy with the actual pillow. Its made a huge difference in my sleep. Really can't complain about it. Be warned though it is a med-firm pillow. If you are looking for something really soft this isn't for you.

The only reason I didn't give five stars is for what they are charging for the pillow they do not offer fast shipping. It just seems very unprofessional not to offer these days a 2-3 day shipping option.

Never had a company treat me sooo poorly. Charged me to RETURN the pillows. They wouldn't allow me to just exchange for another kind. They then wanted me to pay for shipping again!!!

I returned the pillows and they did not credit my account for 30 days. Unbelieveably bad service. I wouldn't use their products if they were giving it away!
