DELIVERY:Product came on schedule, undamaged, and well-protected. The shipping company had a policy in which they didn't take packages upstairs; the man who delivered this package did, however, help us up the stairs with it.
PRODUCT:
Well-made. Looks great. Very comfortable. My husband had worried about the back getting damaged, because it sits in the middle of the room, not up against the wall. There is a layer of padding underneath the leather on the back, so we don't have any problems. The stitching is sturdy and not too taught. It gets a lot of use in our house and holds up great.
ONLY PROBLEM:
When delivered, the feet were obvious left unattached. The problem was that the holes on the bottom of the couch for the curved bar were drilled in the wrong spot. There was no way to attach the front piece without drilling new holes. My husband is very handy, grabbed his drill, and had the problem fixed in less than a minute. Not really such a problem for us, but it might be for someone who doesn't have an electric drill. That's why I only gave this product 4 instead of 5 stars. A small discrepancy like that really could have caused a lot of trouble. Otherwise highly recommend.
