Good service, good product. I had a couple questions after receiving the pillow. They were answered effectively.'Want Core Air-Core Adjustable Pillow Discount?
Someone recommended this pillow to me, so I decided to try it out.Firstly, it takes some time to get used to. It is definitely designed to be used for sleeping on your back, as it does feel awkward for side sleeping. The included documentation says that you can use the thick side sections of the pillow for side sleeping, but that just made it feel like a regular pillow. Only worse, because my head kept getting sucked into the hole in the middle anyway. However, even through some awkward nights on my side, I never had any discomfort in my neck. In fact, my neck and back feel better than they have in a long time.
Over time, I've adjusted to sleeping more on my back. This pillow is actually quite comfortable in that position, and it's better for your back and neck anyway. If you get this pillow, give back sleeping a serious effort if you don't normally. It could be worth it for you. It will take some time, but you may end up liking it.
The adjustable pump is a nice feature, but in my opinion, it doesn't make that much of a difference. I should play around with it more, but more than anything the pump kind of gets in the way. It's just an awkward hard object in your bed that you may contend with. It hasn't really gotten in my way though, so I didn't dock much for it.\
In the end $30+ seems expensive, but for a good night's sleep, it's totally worth it, and that's how much you'll spend on a nice pillow anyway. So, in my opinion, it's worth a shot. It's definitely designed for back-sleepers, but may be enough to convert side-sleepers with back/neck pain.
