I give this product 2 stars because it is very cute, very soft, and the company's customer service is great; however the product itself is seriously lacking. I purchased one of these for my son he had seen it on television and wanted one really badly. Within 1 or 2 days the zipper had completely failed. I contacted customer service and they immediately and without question replaced it with their apologies. We treated the second one very carefully, but eventually that zipper failed as well.

I purchased this as a gift for someone and she seemed to really love it! As a matter of fact, she asked me to purchase it!! Yay!
