It pushes your shoulder too far away from the pillow and could not provide any support like it should.

The material is too stiff and makes a lot of noise when I turn, so it keeps me awake. I finally gave up, after two hours trying.

The reason I at least give it two stars is that I use it in my car. I inflate it half way, fold it in halves, and it will give my neck a little support.
