Ralph Lauren Poet's Society Burgundy Wool Standard Sham

I recieved this product expecting warm rich colors. what I got I think was a knockoff. Not vibrant colors and the sales person Have To Have It and Amazon refused to take the comforter back. The order was not opened upon reciept as I was redecorating the bedroom and when I did open the comforter right away and was sooooo very disappointed Amazon would not back it nor would the Have To Have It seller. Very disappointing!!!! I was even told that I would recieve two pillow Shams that never were delivered. Linda Hageman, RN
