Silk Charmeuse Pillow Case Set by DreamSack (Silk Satin)

These pillow cases look good when you get them, but come apart at the seams when you wash them (per their instructions). I bought the Silk Charmeuse Pillow Case Set by DreamSack (Silk Satin)in King-CieloBlue. I took them to a seamtress and they cannot be mended. It was a waste of $67!

Yeah.. watch out. Another review for this item mentioned some stitching unraveled on the buyer's Cielo Blue pillowcases. I shrugged it off thinking that person got a defective product and that my chances of getting the same were slim. Uh, no. The stitching is intact on one of my pillowcases, but it appears loose, like it will eventually start unraveling (in the near future). The other pillowcase had some stray threads on some parts of the stitching. One part of the stitching is very loose and the thread looks shredded, like it ripped in half or something.

I really didn't feel like sending the product back and waiting for a replacement, so I'm stuck with the loose stitching. Too bad this seller doesn't make sure their items are in good shape before sending them out. And too bad I was too lazy to send them back. So, you're welcome, seller, for allowing you to overcharge me for a defective item.

Besides that, they're really soft, and I love sleeping with them at night. Sleeping on silk is great for your hair, especially if it's curly. Reduces all the frizzy bed head and mussed up curls from regular pillow cases. And it just feels nice, too.
