DO NOT ORDER THIS PRODUCT!!! I don't know who these people are that are soo satified but I think they are planted reviews. This was delivered in three boxes and was bound by plastic wrap. Once out of the box, the three layers were cut with what looked like pinking shears and were horribly uneven. This was NEVER a mattress that sold for 259.00 ... When I tried to return it All Sleep was helpful at first but I could not package the layers to send. While trying to come up with a solution to the shipping problem, the UPS labels they sent to me expired and now they will not return any emails or calls. They are not a member of the BBB in MA, so foget trying to report them.WORST SERVICE AND PRODUCT EVER!

I received my mattress pad promptly. There was a slight odor to it -not unpleasant -that came right out following a rubdown with a dryer sheet. I put the pad on my bed and have had absolutely no problems with it. I have slept more comfortably, more deeply, and with no discomfort since I added the pad to my bed. I used to have back pain and I was miserable most of the time; this pad has helped immensely. My back doesn't give me near as many problems now. I have used years back old foam mattress pads with texture to it to make you sleep better but this memory foam is far beyond the old foam which never worked for me. This mattress pad makes a world of difference. I have a problem back and have always gotten a firm mattress but my back was giving me problems again and the mattress is still good but thought I may need a better mattress. So I gave this mattress pad a try. It is more dense than store bought branded pads which I bought one for one of the kids. But the kids don't complain about there's but I believe a heavier person should get a denser pad and this one does the job well worth the buy. Exactly what i expected!! The toppper was the size as stated once it was let to rise, even without the mattress pad bed cover that other toppers come with, this was definitely a deal compared to other pads priced at $50 or more, especially when other pads are regular twin in size compared to this one which is TWIN XL. I know this makes a difference since a friend of mine bought a TWIN mattress pad priced at $50 of which slides off the bed often compared to this XL version.I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for the same amount of comfort offered by other high priced retailers.
